This strategy served as the company’s roadmap for transformation over the past five years. This milestone marks a pivotal turning point in the company’s journey, as it transitions from developing a single flagship destination to a new phase focused on building a portfolio of urban and investment destinations across the western region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Target GDV > SAR 50B

Manage additional development portfolios with a projected GDV exceeding SAR 50 billion upon completion.

Target IRR > 10%

Pursue investment opportunities with a targeted internal rate of return exceeding 10%.

SAR 3–5B Capital Deployment

Deploy SAR 3 to 5 billion in additional capital investments over the next five years.
