Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Kamel
Chairman
Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Kamel holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction. He also chairs the Board of Directors of both Dallah Albaraka Holding Company and Dallah Albaraka Investment Holding Company, as well as Almasaha Alhurra Investment Company.
Previously, Mr. Kamel served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at both Sinad Holding Company and Amlak International for Real Estate Finance. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors at both Emaar the Economic City and Bank AlJazira.
Mr. Kamel holds an honorary doctorate in Business Administration and Development from the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.
Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rashid

Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rashed has held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction since 2017.
He also chairs the Board of Directors of Integrated Cable and Fiber Optic Company, Tharawat Tuwaiq Capital, Tadawul Real Estate Company, and AlAhli REIT Fund (1). For Tharawat Tuwaiq Capital and Tadawul Real Estate Company, he also chairs the Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Al-Rashed served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee at Alinma Investment Company, and as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Capital Market Authority. He has also held several administrative positions at the Saudi Central Bank.
Mr. Al-Rashed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.

Mr. Fahad bin Khalid Al Saud is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Financial Company, a firm licensed by the Capital Market Authority, of which he is also a founding partner. He brings more than twenty years of experience across the public and private sectors, during which he has led a number of transformational projects and strategic initiatives. He previously served as Advisor to the Governor of the Public Investment Fund, contributing to initiatives linked to Saudi Vision 2030, and as Vice President of Alternative Investments at Jadwa Investment, where he oversaw real estate transactions across the logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and office sectors. Earlier in his career, he held several positions at the Capital Market Authority, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Board and leadership of mergers and acquisitions activities, having begun his professional career as a credit analyst at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. His areas of expertise include investment and asset management, alternative investments, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, governance, compliance and the regulatory environment of capital markets, as well as major real estate transactions and privatization projects. Mr. Raed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed has served as Advisor to His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior at the Ministry of Interior since 2018, bringing more than three decades of professional experience across the banking and regulatory sectors. He previously served as Deputy for Listed Companies and Investment Products at the Capital Market Authority from 2013 to 2017, and before that as Director of the Market Supervision Department at the Authority from 2008 to 2013. At Riyad Bank, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Islamic Banking Services from 2006 to 2008, in addition to various banking roles at the same bank spanning corporate banking, private banking, and sales between 1994 and 2005. His areas of expertise include capital markets supervision and oversight, investment and Islamic banking services, wealth management and financial planning, and the governance of listed companies. Previously, Mr. Al-Rashed served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee at Alinma Investment Company, and as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Capital Market Authority. He has also held several administrative positions at the Saudi Central Bank.

He brings more than twenty years of experience across the public and private sectors, during which he has led a number of transformational projects and strategic initiatives. He previously served as Advisor to the Governor of the Public Investment Fund, contributing to initiatives linked to Saudi Vision 2030, and as Vice President of Alternative Investments at Jadwa Investment, where he oversaw real estate transactions across the logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and office sectors. Earlier in his career, he held several positions at the Capital Market Authority, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Board and leadership of mergers and acquisitions activities, having begun his professional career as a credit analyst at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. His areas of expertise include investment and asset management, alternative investments, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, governance, compliance and the regulatory environment of capital markets, as well as major real estate transactions and privatization projects.
