Biography of Mr. Haitham Al-Fayez
Haitham bin Muhammed Al-Fayez is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors. His experience is a result of numerous contribution to companies and institutions, such as the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, the United Nations Development Programme, Jadwa Investment Saudi Aramco, and the Kingdom Holding Company.
He is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Awqaf Investment (the investment arm of the General Authority of Endowments). He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Real Estate Asset Management (Awqaf Investments), Bank Albilad, Kidana, and the Charity Orphans Care Foundation (Ekhaa).
He is also a vibrant member of the Investment Committee at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in addition to a number of committee memberships.
Al-Fayez holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
